Derrick Ferlita has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of ParkMed Hospitality. As COO, Ferlita will be directly involved in the opening and overall operations performance of every ParkMed Hospitality location across the United States. He will direct all training programs, design hospitality strategies that enhance the guest and human experience, and oversee management to ensure a branded and unified ParkMed experience.

Ferlita is a seasoned veteran in the hospitality industry with experience spanning over two decades. As ParkMed Hospitality’s Vice President of Northern Operations, he oversaw a team of hospitality professionals that educated and encouraged on-site managers and team members in best practices and initiatives that delivered outstanding service. He enhanced guest services and financial performance goals and ensured high-quality service and consistency across ParkMed Hospitality’s fast-growing healthcare hospitality locations.
