Thank you for your interest in joining the ParkMed Team. Prior to going to your interview, please download, print, and fill out our job application and background consent forms. Bring both filled out forms to your interview and give them to your hiring manager.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

Prior to the Interview

  • Candidate expresses their interest through the job advertisement
  • ParkMed Hospitality reviews the candidate’s resume and their answers to our preliminary questions
  • Candidate is contacted to set up a date for their in-person interview
  • The candidate receives instructions regarding interview location and relevant paperwork

Day of Onsite Interview

  • The interview is conducted following social distancing safety guidelines
  • Once an offer is presented, the background and drug screening process begins

Interview Safety Guidelines

  • The hiring manager and the candidate must wear a mask. The candidate should be wearing a mask prior to walking into the building

  • No handshakes at this time, but a friendly wave or nod of acknowledgment is encouraged
